SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you at checkout based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders are typically processed and ship within 1-2 business days, and will arrive 3-5 days after shipment. Confirmation of your order and shipment will be emailed to you. 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGE POLICY
It is extremely IMPORTANT that you recheck your shipping address at checkout. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. You will then need to complete the purchase process again with the accurate shipping address. Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

DOES REVERIE ACCEPT RETURNS?
We sure do!  It's hard to know for certain if something is going to work for you until it arrives and you see it for yourself. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied every time you purchase from Reverie. You have 15 days to return an item(s) for a full refund, in the form of store credit, if you aren't 100% satisfied. The item(s) returned must be un-worn and have all the original tags still attached for a refund or exchange to be approved. Please note that original shipping charges will be deducted from the total of your refund. Refunds will be issued within 15 days once refund is approved.

• Send us an email with your return or exchange request. Please include your order invoice number so we can process your return in a timely manor.
• Your item(s) must be repackaged in sufficient packaging as to ensure no damage occurs to the items being returned. It is ok to use original packaging if it is in good condition. It is important that the items be shipped back within 15 days for a full refund.
•Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

EXCHANGE BREAKDOWN
• Contact us via email.
• Repackage the item(s) - make sure they are safe with original packing fill. Follow the instructions issued to you via email response.  (Remember, items must be shipped back within 15 days)
• Once we receive the item back, we will send you information on how to use your exchange credit.
• Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive the returned package, process your store credit, and contact you with the information.

Live in Spokane? You now have the option of picking your purchases in-store. Just check the "In-Store Pickup" box at checkout and it will be ready for pickup in 24 hours. You will receive a notification from us when your order is ready.
